Who is Providing This Notice: Contempo Financial means The Contempo Network and is a Contempo Network brand trademark.
How Does Contempo Financial Protect my Personal Information: To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with state and federal law as per our carriers. Our carriers computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.
Our carriers and Contempo Financial also maintain other physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect this information, and we restrict access to those employees and agents for whom access is appropriate.
How Does Contempo Financial Collect my Personal Information: We collect your personal information, for example, when you:
- Apply for insurance and pay premiums
- File an insurance claim
We also collect your personal information from other companies including our carriers who supply your quote requests to local field underwriters.
Why Can’t I Limit All Sharing: Federal law gives you the right to limit only:
- Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness
- Affiliates from using your information to market to you
- Sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Contempo Financial does not share your information.
Non-Affiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Contempo Financial does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint Marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Contempo Financial does not market jointly.
